Adam Kohl

Music Director

Adam Kohl received his Bachelor of Musical Arts from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2007.  He has performed with multiple music ensembles, including symphony orchestras, pit orchestras, concert bands, and was enlisted in the Army Band for six years.

Adam's theatre experience in Fairbanks consists of being on stage for Sweeney Todd, Secret Garden, Les Miserables, and Once Upon A Mattress.  His directorial debut was in 2012 when he lead the music for The Music Man.  He brings a great deal of music experience, having worked with great musicians all around the world.  'The Last Five Years' is a musical he fell in love with right after hearing the first note.  This is an amazing show that shares a great story.

Katie Everson

Production Manager

Kathryn (Katie) M. Everson is a PhD student in the University of Alaska Museum Mammals Collection and the UAF Biology & Wildlife Department. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Katie studied piano for 12 years and performed in dance, singing, and acting.

Katie has supported the Fairbanks arts community since moving to Alaska in 2012, but only became involved with local theater in 2016 when she performed on stage in the Fairbanks Light Opera Theater production of Once Upon a Mattress. She hopes to bring energy and a fresh perspective to Interior Independent Theater.
